White Tea Smoothie
Whether you are a big tea drinker or not this refreshing frozen smoothie is a mild tasting drink full of flavonoid antioxidants that will suite anyone's taste. Mix with your favorite fruits or spices to get a completely satisfying meal or treat.
*Make sure fruit is frozen to make a thick smoothie.
*1½ cups of frozen fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
* 3/4ths cup fat free milk or soy milk (or plain yogurt)
* 1/4 to 1/2 cup brewed white tea
* 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
*1 peeled banana, frozen
