Richard Frederick - Logical Net President and CEO
Mr. Frederick was elected as President & CEO of Logical Net in October 2007. Prior to joining Logical Net he was the co-founder of a successful web-based software company where he served as the President and COO for over 6 years. Mr. Frederick is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience building and growing numerous businesses in the health care, software and technology industries. In his off time Mr. Frederick enjoys golf, reading and community service.
Janet Herter, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Operations
Janet Herter is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations of Logical Net. Responsible for finance, accounting, tax strategy, audit controls, and company operations, Ms. Herter positions Logical Net for strategic growth by streamlining operations, building teams and creating a customer centric organization. With over 16 years experience in finance, public accounting and business management across multiple industries, Janet is leveraging her industry knowledge to execute high growth strategies and drive bottom line growth by increasing customer satisfaction. Ms. Herter was the Chief Financial Officer for SEFCU - State Employees Federal Credit Union which is the 60th largest credit union in the country with $1.6 billion dollars in assets. Ms. Herter is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Brown University and a MBA from Edinburgh University Business School.
