OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
The Columbia University Club of New York has 50 overnight
rooms available for members and their guests. A member need
not be present for guests to take advantage of the rooms; however, the member must
make the room reservation for his or her guests. To make overnight room
reservations, you must call our front desk directly; the number is printed on
the reverse side of your Columbia University Club membership card.

Bedroom Cancellation Procedures
Room
cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM on the day prior to a scheduled stay date
to avoid a one-day room charge. Members
staying at the Club who wish to shorten their confirmed reservation period must
notify the Reception Desk by 4:00 PM on the day before they wish to
cancel. Otherwise full charges will be
made.
Should
it be necessary to cancel a bedroom by telephone, please be sure that you know
the name of the clerk with whom you speak and that you receive a cancellation
number.
These
cancellation provisions are necessary in order for the greatest number of
members to enjoy the use of our bedrooms.
