1. ELIGIBILITY
All graduates of Columbia University, including degree-holders from Barnard College and Teachers College, are eligible for membership. Also eligible are current Columbia faculty, administrators, and current full-time graduate and undergraduate students.
2. MEMBERSHIP RATES
Membership is divided geographically
into three areas: Resident, Suburban, and Nonresident. Within each category there are discounts for full-time faculty
members, retirees, members of the clergy, and graduate students. Definitions of these categories can be found
at the bottom of the page.

All applications must be approved by the Club’s Admissions Committee, which meets once each month, usually on the second Monday of the month. For further details on the application process, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

DEFINITIONS:
is open to those who either live or work in the five boroughs of New York City.
is open to those who both live and work outside New York City, but within a 50-mile radius of the Club. We measure this distance in air miles and use Hagstrom’s map as our guide.

are eligible for a discounted rate if they attend graduate school full-time and are under age 30 at the time of application.
and staff at Columbia and at any accredited university, college, primary school, or secondary school are eligible for an educational discount.
who minister full-time to a congregation are eligible for a clerical discount.
who have reached the age of 65 and are retired from active business are eligible for a discount.
